MPRDC- ADB Loan IV (Asian Development Bank)
Pkg-P 4 MRD Road 102 Kms :
One of our most prestigious project is construction 4 Major District Roads for Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation in Indore Division. The total length of these roads were 102 Kms. It included many Bridges, Culverts and CD Structures. This project was a challenging project as it was financed by Asian Development Bank, Singapore and so it’s quality criteria was at par with the World Class construction. The quality, safety and environmental project all work was done with great care and enthusiasm. The project helped us become a national level player in the field of Roads and Highways construction.
OPAL Petro-Chemical Refinery Road work at Dajeh SEZ(Special Economic Zone) :
Rachana was awarded the work of Internal Roads and Peripheral Roads for the OPAL- ONGC Perto-Additions Ltd Petroleum Refinery at Dahej SEZ. The work included heavy duty and very heavy load bearing capacity roads like Heavy Crane Movement Road (HCMR Road), as there were heavy crane movement in the Petro-Chemical Complex construction work. Again this work was challenge as it had World Class Criteria for quality and safety being a road for Petro-Chemical Complex/Refinery. There were many roads with various width up-to 16Mtr wide road with a total length nearing to 60Kms of road was constructed by us in this project.
C.C Road Construction for MP PWD:
In the past few years the government has focused on Construction of Cement Concrete CC Roads and we had also won contract for construction of CC Road from Tanodiya to Shajapur from MP-PWD Div.Ujjain. The work was done by specialized Slip-Form Paver from German Manufacturer WRITGEN SP Paver. A total length nearing to 39 Kms of road was construed in this project with Bridges, Culverts and CD Structures. Despite being a very backward area and considered to be a dangerous place by many in the Region, we still managed everything very well and completed the work much before the Schedule date/time period and great care and quality in mind.
Vadodara Mumbai 6 Lane Highway :
More than a decade ago our country’s most prestigious construction company Larsen and Toubro Ltd L&T had entrusted us with a sub-contract work for Vadodara Mumbai 6 Lane Highway project. We had done the road work for 25Kms of this road from Por to Karjan Section. Rachana had again completed the work allot to them much before time and with great quality. Even today when one travels on this road, it gives the travellers the idea of Quality of work done. In-fact this road in one of India’s most successful BOT road and a crown jewel for L&T. The project had boosted our confident to take up Large Infrastructure Projects.
School, College and Hostel Buildings :
One of our major Building work construction project wasfor OM Education Trust at Mota Chiloda, Gandhinagar located at 6 Lane National Highway Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad(Chiloda-Naroda NH Road). The total Build-up Area for the OM Education Campus with various building sums up-to 14,898 SqMtr or 1,60,359 SqFt., which includes the following:
- School Building for OM Landmark CBSE International School at with total Build-up area 3135 SqMtr or 33744 SqFt
- College Buildings for GIRISH RAVAL College for Science and OM Landmark Gujrati Medium School with total Build-up area 7894 SqMtr or 84970 SqFt
- Hostel Buildings for OM Education Trust with total Build-up area 3869 SqMtr or 41645 SqFt.
Mining work :
We claim speciality in Mining works also. We have done mining works for various clients but the largest one is at our own Mines at Vadagam, Gujarat. This mining project the mines are almost 100 ft below ground level and many million tons of aggregate is being produced from this project so far We have in-house integrated system and manicnary for all stages of mining, right from Mining/Extraction of Raw material from the mine upto Crushing and Finished Production of best quality Black trap Stone Aggregate. Our expertise in mining has made us a leader for sales and supply of Black Trap Stone Aggregate in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Mehsana, Central and North Gujarat.
