Management Team

Mr.Girishbhai O Raval is a Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has completed his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Global Open University of Nagaland. He founded and started the work with the proprietary firm Rachana Construction Co. Later, he has been incorporated Rachana Infrastructure Ltd in 2001 and associated with Company since incorporation. He is having more than 40 years of experience in the infrastructure field, with practical insights and understandings of works and projects, company has achieved new milestone and greater heights with every passing year under the leadership of him. He is looking after overall business of the company and constantly reviews work progress, financial performance of the company. He is the driving force behind the company.

Mrs. Bhaminiben B. Mehta is a Promoter and Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since incorporation and one of the Founder members of the Company. She has completed his B.Ed and M.A from Gujarat University and also holding M.Phil degree from the Global Open University from Nagaland.She worked as a Government Teacher in Higher Secondary School. She looks after Human Resources Policies of the Company and Ensure Good Governance followed by the Company in letter and spirit.

Dr. Ashok O Raval is a director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation and one of the Founder members of the Company. He has completed Bachelor of commerce and Master of Commerce from Gujarat University and also holds Degree of Doctor of Philosophy from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan in Physical education. He is retired Class 2 Government Servant, having total Experience of more than 40 years. He is looking after legal department of the company. He also provides important insights on various other aspects too.

Mrs. Ishita Ravalis a Chief Financial Officer of our Company. She has been associated with our Company for more than 06 years. Previously, she was working with SNL Financial (India) Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Analyst -1 in the Global FIG Bank Financial Content Department. She is looking after Financial Planning and budgeting, Decision making of financial matters, managing working capital requirements.

Mr. Brijesh Raval is a project Manager of our Company. He has completed PG Diploma in International Business and Bachelor of Business Administration. He has been associated with our Company for more than 9 years. He is looking after all construction related projects from the bidding of the project, liasioning with Govt Departnmentsto the Completion of the project.

Mr. Jaydeep Raval is a project Manager of our Company. He has completed Bachelor ofEngineering (Civil Engineering). He has been associated with our Company for more than 8 years. He is looking after all construction related projects from the bidding of the project, liasioning with Govt Departnmentsto the Completion of the project.

Mrs. Devanshi Dave is an Engineer with specialization in Petroleum and associated with Company Since 2018 and has been looking after Material Procurement along with Purchase of Plants and Machinery. Being a Petroleum Engineer, she is also looking after machinery working and smooth functioning of the same.

Ms.Himali Thakkar is a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She has completed Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from Gujarat University. She has also completed Company Secretary Degree from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is having vast experience of the Company Law and other allied laws. she is looking after Legal and Corporate Compliance Department of the company and constantly reviewingcorporate governance of the Company.

Ms. Dhwani Solanki is an Independent Director of our Company. She has Completed Company Secretary Course and also completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications. She has professional experience of more than 10 years in the different corporate affairs related to legal compliances. She also has own practice in the profession of Company Secretary and serves to many listed companies.

Mr. Kalpit Dave is an Independent Director of our Company. He has completed Diploma Mechanical from Rajasthan Vidhyapith University. He is having 9 years of experience inthe Automotive Industry. He is having wide experience in Production System, Line Balancing, Monitoring Production MIS, Quality Systems, Monitoring & Quality MIS. He was associated as a Chairman and Member in the different committees of the Company.

Mr. Bharatkumar Chaudhary is an Independent Director of our Company. He has completed Bachelor of Commerce. He is having 8year work experience in the Corporate Restructuring. He is having wide experience in Company law, Stock exchange compliance, FEMA, Depositary participant Audit work, Merger and Amalgamation, Takeover, Intellectual property law. He is assisting in the legal matters of the Company. He was associatedas a Chairman and Member in the different committees of the Company.
